Mabery Partnership Resumes Operations at Blazin’ M Ranch
Cottonwood, AZ – As of June 1, 2011, the Mabery Partnership, headed by Dan and Lori Mabery, will resume daily operational management at the Blazin’ M Ranch Wild West Adventure.
In October of 2010, Copper Spur Management Company established an interim management team to assist long-time sales partner Blazin’ M Ranch in the day-to-day operations at the ranch.Under this management the Ranch underwent an extensive renovation with updated interiors in the shops, additional activities and an enhanced museum. The menu was revived with southwestern signature dishes and the entertainment was updated with new musicians who reorganized the music and cowboy humor.
“Copper Spur Management is proud of the contributions we were able to make at the Blazin’ M Ranch and will continue to value our sales partnership with them,” said Copper Spur General Manager Robin Brean. “Our sister company Verde Canyon Railroad will continue to take reservations for the ranch and work hand-in-hand to promote a complete Verde Valley experience for travelers in our area.”
The most positive change to this Wild West Adventure comes when guests enter the dining hall and pass through a covered wagon to pick up mouthwatering entrées, drinks and desserts.Grilled chicken and ribs, oven-roasted potatoes, cowboy beans, southwestern salad and fruit cobbler with ice cream make up the menu.Biscuits still fly, landing on vintage tin plates reminiscent of those used by wranglers over a century ago.
Throughout the town, plenty of cowboys step out of the saddle to entertain visitors until the Blazin’ M Cowboys debut following dinner.Visitors are glued to their seats because they never know when the Ghost Rider will make his nightly appearance on horseback.This is definitely deluxe family entertainment with a Wild West twist.
